3: Screening

  • We use high quality methods to screen our qualified talent pool and expel unsuited candidates. We ensure candidates meet job requirements, salary expectations, and fit our Client's culture.

  • We screen candidates to make sure they’re qualified and to peak their interest by highlighting the perks of the job opportunity, business and benefits.

  • Candidates are only submitted to our Client’s after passing our screening procedure and expressing interest in specified role. All submissions to our Client's include a detailed summary that underlines the candidates’ qualifications, status.

4: Interviewing

  • Our team works hard to provide our Client's with a diverse pool of qualified, screened candidates to select from.

  • Our business partner reviews our submissions and we work with them to assist in narrowing down the selection of candidates to interview.

  • We educate our Client’s on industry standards, compliance, compensation and market analysis to consider while making their selections.

  • We schedule, send out calendar invitations, and ensure both the candidate(s) and hiring manager(s) are prepared for their interviews!

5: Hiring

  • Once industry standards have been met and your perfect candidate has been interviewed and selected, we handle offer letters and negotiations to ensure we lock them down!

  • We assess Hiring Manager expectations vs. Candidate expectations and give our best advice on how to beat our competition.

  • We get creative with compensation packages and do what is necessary to make sure you obtain your candidate of choice.

  • We get offers accepted!

6: Onboarding

  • The final and most important step where we ensure your perfect candidates makes it through the finish line.
