○ Obtain strategic hires for Proposal responses to be well-positioned and maximize potential in winning contract awards.
○ Gather Letters of Intent or Contingent Offer Letters to obtain candidate commitment upon contract award.
○ Technical Writing of Resumes for Proposals to highlight LCAT requirements.

○ Develop and execute strategic plans using gathered intel and social media to find and engage all possible incumbents.
○ Strategic partner in war room efforts and planning.
○ Plan and execute Incumbent Capture events.
○ Gather and obtain information and resumes of all incumbents into applicable software for mapping and retainment purposes.
○ Pricing and Labor Category (LCAT) Mapping of Incumbents against requirements of Performance Work Statement (PWS).
○ Identify and engage qualified candidates for strategic substitution to mitigate risk of gaps in incumbents.
○ Build and maintain Capture database to reflect recruiting capture plan, measure results and execution, and identify gaps.
